About Me
Shirley A Pallaise, MACCC-SLP
Shirley is a practicing speech-language pathologist for the Lake County Board of Developmental
Disabilities, an RDI ® Program Certified Consultant, and a private practitioner. She is a past president of the Tri-County Speech and Hearing Association,
an Outstanding Young Woman of America, and is listed in Who's Who Among America's Teachers. She has held positions in
clinics, private and public schools and as a Director of Speech-Language Services for a non-profit organization. She has
spoken on the subject of autism, oral motor therapy and other speech and language topics for local community and parent groups,
schools and universities. She has also provided in-service training for other professionals. Shirley currently serves on the
Advisory Committee of the Northeast Ohio Autism Group.
